·      A web-based interface that is easy to access using a standard web browser from anywhere in the world without installing software on the client

·      A Windows GUI running on all Windows systems with added notification options (e.g. pop up windows, sound, and speech)

·      Both interfaces can be used simultaneously

·      Available Sensor types include PING, PORT, HTTP, HTTPS, Advanced HTTP, HTTP Transaction, DNS, SMTP, and POP3 to make sure that all common Internet services can be monitored

·      You can choose between notifications by email or SMS, and pagers messages

·      Notifications can be triggered by failures, downtimes, uptimes, or slow responses

·      Monitoring reports sent to your mailbox daily, weekly, or monthly

·      Custom reports and graphs can be viewed online

·      Monitoring and notifications can be scheduled based on the time of day and the day of week

·      Current monitoring status can optionally be accessed publicly (e.g. to show current network status in Intranets or to your customers without the need for a login)
